After graduating from IHM Pusa in 1996, he worked as a Chef Trainer for Luxury Hotels and Head Chef at the celebrated Tea House of the August Moon. In 2005, he founded IHP Consulting, expanding his expertise across diverse restaurants, hotels, and food service businesses globally. With experience spanning various cuisines and continents, Chef Trikha specializes in blending traditional techniques with contemporary methods to create authentic and innovative food. As a consultant, he helps restaurants craft distinct menus, optimize operations, and create unique dining experiences.
