Chef Arun Trikha, a seasoned food consultant with over 28 years of experience, has had the privilege of working with esteemed organizations like the Taj Group of Hotels. After graduating from IHM Pusa in 1996, he worked as a Chef Trainer for Luxury Hotels and Head Chef at the celebrated Tea House of the August Moon. In 2005, he founded IHP Consulting, expanding his expertise across diverse restaurants, hotels, and food service businesses globally. With experience spanning various cuisines and continents, Chef Trikha specializes in blending traditional techniques with contemporary methods to create authentic and innovative food. As a consultant, he helps restaurants craft distinct menus, optimize operations, and create unique dining experiences. His approach involves understanding clients' visions and goals, then translating that into viable and innovative culinary concepts. With a passion for creating food that evokes emotion and creates lasting memories, Chef Trikha continues to shape the culinary landscape with his expertise and creativity.
